Love 'em. Make me laugh every single day. Three hours of sheer comedy and banter. Yes. Listen every day, but usually in two halves 9:00->10:00 realtime, and 07:00->09:00 on Listen Again.

Site is excellent. Heard about it because Moyles was ranting about it. Joined to give everyone a piece of my mind and defend Moyles, and then found that it was just one or two utter prats, and the vast majority were cool.

- What do you think about the forums? Any improvements? What do you think about of some of the other members?

Forums are good. Nice to have the TrashCan section for junk. The sound clips are brilliant, and prevent the loss to time of some of the finest comedy on the radio today. Before you get to know some of the veteran users, they can seem a bit annoying, looking down their noses at new members. They're all pretty cool though, once you spend a bit of time on-board.

The show, and team are all interesting to listen to, and this brings lots of humour along too. It passes the time and is really fun to listen to. I try to listen as often as i can, this is generally nearly every morning, but most of the time i fail to catch the whole show.

I found this site on the internet by chance, untill recently i have not actually heard of this website on the show itself. My first opinon of the site was overal good, the sound vault is awesome, and we can re-live some of the best moment that have happened on the show. When i joined the forum, my opinion of that was that it was slightly desolate, and the attitude of some of the posters is generlaly awful, but most of you seem alright.

as above, ive generally said how i feel about the short time ive been on here, its alright but the attitude of some people is bad, maybe admins clamping down on this will help.

When I first started listening (I think Chris had been at the station for about a year then) I had never heard a DJ with his particular style of broadcasting before, and what I really loved then, and still do now, is the way he says exactly what he, and usually everyone who is listening, is thinking about various subjects, even if it isn't very corporate, unlike most/all other DJs, including those at R1. I also have a soft spot for Dave, and I really like the relationship between him and Chris. I must say that personally, the afternoon era was my favourite time, as I thought Chris was at his best then, mainly because the personalities of the team members he worked with during that time e.g. Will, Rhys, and on the female front, Lizzie, suited the show so well. I do still enjoy the show now, I think Aled and Dom are great, although I'm not a huge Rachel or Carrie fan. Nowadays I sometimes go through phases of thinking the show is getting a bit dull, the competitions are crap etc. Then Chris will be on top form one day which will result in a great show, or there'll be a single very fuuny link that makes me laugh out loud, and I'll end up thinking the show is genius again.

As for the site, I heard about it years ago when Chris mentioned it, and I have looked at it quite regularly since then, but just never got around to posting until recently. I do think it's a very good, well laid out, informative site, and the 'Ask Aled' thread provides a direct link between fans and the team. What I like most about it is that while it is primarily a fan site, people who post on the forums aren't afraid to also point out what they don't like about the show (a rare thing on most fansites), and to offer criticism which is also usually quite constructive. There is no point in having discussions in which everyone continually says how great the show is, while avoiding mentioning anything about it which actually really irrititates them, or something they think could be changed or improved. I think the majority of the members who post on these forums must be pretty sensible, decent people, based on the comments I have read, and the way all aspects of the show, good and bad, are discussed on the forums.

its been 7yrs now since i first encountered chris & the team...always in the car on the way into work on a late shift or way home if i'd been on earlies...i know its 7yrs ago cuz i was pregnant with my son (& he's 7yo next month) & i used to comment about the show to my growing bump...as i fell in love with dave's voice immediately, i even referred to him as 'uncle dave'!!! how sad is that? does that make me the saddest on here???
yes i love the show, yes i love the site & yes i love the forums...so keep up the good work, EVERYONE, in whatever way you contribute & keep up the good work chris & the team...once again you've been relegated to the car - but you are the only thing that makes the school run bearable...so please, no more holidays during term time!!!!!!

Hi.

I first heard about the site ages ago on the radio, and loved all the sound clips etc, plus the general conversation about the show. Although i'd heard and read about the negativity, it really doesn't seem to be a major problem. The only thing which i've noticed a lot, is criticism of Rachel, which surprises me as to me she seems to just be doing her job, and pretty well too.
For a variety of reasons I didn't listen to Chris for a while, but i'm now back listening regularly, and downloading the podcast to keep up with stuff i've missed.
I thought i had registered as a member some time ago, but it appeared not, so hence I am a noobie again.
Although Chris is without doubt a genius, Dom is up there with his input lately being the highlights of the show. The Germany trip won't be the same without him.

Well i think i've already dragged out why i like Chris Moyles so much, although now i'm off school due to study leave i always wake up to late, but i always try to recap on the bbc radio 1 replay thing on the internet, i love it coz for one is has chris moyles, two is has some great tunes in the morning and 3 it's better then any other morning showz here in Manchester.

I love the site, i'm checking ever 5 minuites on this thing, i basically liked chris moyles for a lot longer from seeing him first on Richard and Judy. I then forgot about him for a while, but i still did fancy him, i then started listening tot he Show and when i saw him on the X factor i became obbsessed and Join the forum and saves all the pictures from the site on my PC so i can use them from MSN disply Pics.

I love the Forum, It's like Blogging, you can't stop, the only inporvment i could say it's more sub forums, becuase the two main ones are General Chat and Tash Can it might be easier to find topics if you sectioned them out a bit more. I'm met some really really awesome people that straight away accepted me, for who and what i am, and of course who i fancy, i havn't been on long enough to see maybe the darker sides to people, but it's still a great forum none the less

I love listening to the show every morning with my colleagues at work, new employee's think we're mad when they first join because we site laughing out loud for 3 hours every morning. I look forward to the quiz in particular on Tuesday's because it gives me a chance to show off my knowledge (I haven't got less than 4 all year so far!). Dom is my favourite member of the team, though I think they all bring something to the table, and the show wouldn't be the same without any member. I love hearing his impressions as some of you may be able to tell with the number of sound requests I post. I have listened every morning since around April last year, and when I miss a day through not working I always listen again

I only started visiting the site a few months ago after hearing it mentioned on the show. It's very useful, especially for the sound clips which I keep on my iPod for a rainy day. The content behind the show and it's features are great for reminding people of the show

I think the forums are very welcoming, the only con is that they're aren't as busy as I thought they would be, considering that this site is occasionally mentioned on the show. It's always nice to share views on the show, and the fact that a team member (Aled) visits the forums is great for airing our views to the team

Used to listen to the afternoon show a number of years ago, dont get the chance to listen as much now. Just like the show overall as an entertaining, funny, irreverant, light hearted package.

Came across the site a few years ago after searching. Only posted to find some song ID's, thats all I find it useful for tbh. The large populus of the site is quite young and imature, and if you post something non-moyles related (even in the 'general' section), it ends up in the recycle bin. And there's not much thought provoking/interesting discussion that goes on, its usually inane passive, immature, stuff. But I can't blame that, it is mainly teenage-geared/centred, I guess as the target audience

See above re: young, immature (mostly, not all). Also bizarre that people can most in the recycle bin lol, on other sites, if a thread ends up there, its pretty much useless, so it kind of defeats the point. Either get rid of it, or prevent posters from posting in it.

They're funny, cutting edge and just easy to listen to. I like Chris' honesty and although sometimes I disagree with his points of view that's what makes it an interesting listen. I listen most mornings, the only exceptions being when I am just needing some peace and quiet on my way to work!

I heard about it years ago when they were on afternoons. I only recently signed up on the forum though. I liked the sound machine

There are some random people on here and it's irritating getting people coming on slagging of the show but otherwise it seems a good crowd. I notice one or two of the less friendly members slagging off "n00bs" seem to have disappeared of late which is only a good thing!

Yes i listen every morning, ive been listening to moyles since the early mornings on capital radio and havent looked back since, they always make me laugh every morning and just make the first part of the day go so quickly

# i think the sites great, sometimes i prefer un-official things, a bit more relaxed, as i do with this one, good job! I was just browsing on the internet and found it.

Yes, whenever I can. I've been listening to him since he started at radio 1 and the show still continues to get better and better. That said though, he wouldn't be as good without his crew. I like it because it pushes the bounderies of what's exceptable on daytime radio and generally the crew have a great chemistry that shows on air. Never fails to make me laugh.

I probably first visited this site after hearing it mentioned but can't remember to be honest.

It's not a great site but it's not bad either, same goes for the members too I guess. Like all forums, there's the usual "i'm better than you because you are a n00b" mentality from certain members but it's not somethign that ruins the site. Apart from that, nothing wrong with it really, it does what it's meant to!

I've always preferred Male DJ's doing the breakfast slot. Steve Wright (Showing my age now), Chris Evans (there was a time when he was quite funny but it's a long time ago) didn't listen to Ball or Cox and Mark & Lard were better in the afternoon slot. Mr Moyles has dramatically changed the breakfast slot, it used to be loads of people being nice to callers that they'd never met and doing "shout out's" for little timmy in class 9b at some school no-one cares about. Moyles has made it not just listenable again but bloody funny too. You don't get the impression that he's surrounded by a bunch of lackys, you actually feel part of the team. I try to listen to him every morning and on my phone on the way to work but I walk down the street laughing to myself so I get some strange looks. If I don't get a chance to listen to it that morning I usually listen to it on the website when I get home or weekends.

Love the site. Have actually been a lurker for years but only signed on when Moyles critisised all the people who were slagging him off it. Can't remember how I first found it...think I just stumbled across it from google. Used to work as a Dj and did a "millionaire" style drinking quiz once and downloaded the sound machine and clips to make the night more fun. Then I got drunk and started playing loads of random ones too... oops!

Can;t think of any improvements to the forums. As for the other members, some of them seem to have a little too much time on their hands but without them it probably wouldn't be half as much fun to read.
