Because when he interviewed her, he did nothing but try and come on to her for the whole thing, it was the worst interview he's ever done (and he's done some stinkers in his time).

All of Chris' Interviews crack me up. That one, however, made me feel a bit uncomfortable.. but, as a bloke, I can see where he was coming from.. so to speak.

I reckon if it was down to Chris he wouldn't bother with interviews with Hollywood A-Listers etc, but I think he must be kind of pressured by management to do them, simply because Radio One is supposedly the Beeb's flagship radio station etc, and of course he has the biggest audience. Of course it's kudos for him too in theory but I doubt he's arsed.

He's done some cracking interviews with more down to earth types though, such as the one with Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon, or the neck-tingling one with Richard Ashcroft where he just picked up his guitar and worked magic, impromptue.
