The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Hi,

I have a small movie I am in the process of making which uses stuff from the Breakfast Show.

I have uploaded a small part of this movie to a website but wanted to be sure that this is legally okay for me to do. The movie is there for other people to watch and the only gain I get out of it is to earn credits for buying stuff in the game I made the movie on (The game - 'The movies'). There is NOTHING financial for me in this, merely the fun of creating....

Anyway, I though that since this site has various sound clips etc. and Moyles has in the past talked about this site, then I assume that somebody has already got permission?

Do I need permission and if so where can I get it?

I have previously mailed the bbc in the enquiries form but recieved no answer from them.

Thanks :D

If you are curious, then the movie is hosted here

As far as I'm aware, this site doesn't have official permission to host any of the show clips. The BBC could in theory press legal action, but they choose not to. This is probably because the radio show clips the site hosts do little harm and serve to promote Chris and the BBC.
