The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Moyles talked about the article from The Sun today -

NOEL Edmonds has launched a scathing attack on Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles — branding him coarse and offensive.

Mr Blobby creator Noel, 57 — who hosted the Breakfast Show himself in the 1970s — slammed his tubby successor’s effort as “not very good”.

And he ranted: “I just wish he wasn’t so coarse.

“I find a lot of what he says offensive — and I don’t think it’s my age. I just think it’s not appropriate, particularly on the BBC.”

He made his attack on loudmouth Moyles, 31, to Q Magazine.

But Noel did concede: “I think Chris Moyles is clearly talented.

“He keeps saying wonderful things about me so it feels rather horrid to say that I don’t think his show is very good. He gets huge listening figures, so he’s doing something right.”

I think some of what he's saying (well my interpretation) is right, he is talented, but he's not as good as he used to be. But the rest is just him talking from his arse.

it's not coarse and offensive i only wish it was! its bland and unimaginative but still better than anything else on radio 1 or local radio. the state of radio in this country is so depressing when is the REAL saviour gonna come n rescue us?

Chris Moyles is rude, arrogant, egotistical, sexist and obnoxious.

and THAT is why I listen every morning.

If you don't like something, don't listen/watch etc.

I loved the line Chris said about Noel Edmonds screwing up his perfect chance to get his radio carrer back again last year.

To be honest, I agree with Noel. I do think Moyles is coarse, and a lot more so now than he used to be. I think that might be why I don't enjoy the show so much these days.

I think he is less coarse, he certainly doesn't talk half as much as he used to about page 3 girls, and features like "breast in plants" etc.

Not sure where you're coming from there Sidders. I disagree with Noel but can't slag him off because he is god.

I bloody love Deal or No Deal. What a show.

I do remember watching House Party every Saturday night when I was little, and it got worse and worse before getting plugged.

The Sun really doesnt like Moyles. They very rarely give him much space on the papers - having said that that victora person is alright with him (sometimes) ?!

I remember when the mirror were really bad about him but recently theyve turned around and began to be nice :)

It was the most he ever got at once - 2. One was a wrong number, and the other was about if he was interested in making savings on long distance phone calls. He was interested - veeeeeeery interested
