CPC - Roy Walker's dialogue

I was wondering, who writes the dialogue for Roy Walker to say on CPC? Does Chris Moyles write everything as he seemed desperate for him to say 'Yes' and 'No' for better communication, if not, does Roy have any input on what he says or is it done by other people or a mixture of everyone?

maybe they have set phrases and then the rest is just adlibbed out of conversations
