sorry guys, most sites I've been on, if the avatar is too big, it just doesn't accept it, so I never checked....

I don't seem to have any software that will allow me to reduce the size of gifs Can anyone help?

btw the funny button in the top right corner of your post () is an edit button, it allows you to concatonate additional ideas to a previous post, preventing the need to double post.

You should see the one of the sites I mod at, we are very strict on the rules there, although here it's more courtesy and good etiquette.
