hmm I just the perfectly usable version of Windows Media on my trusty PDA for mobile MP3 listening.
I do use ITunes but it doesnt have quite a few things that I've been looking for... like last night when after watching Donnie Darko I looked for that version of Mad World.. they had the original and every other song on the DD soundtrack which was a little annoying. Same deal for The Eagles Journey of the Sorceror (used in HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy), could find the cover done for the film but not the original.
