I did!! I ran out of credit on the mobile, and annoyed my dad who tried to call by telling him to pi$$ off for 10 minutes while i voted on the landline as well ;)

I wish there was a "vote" option on the X-Factor web page such that every 10p you 'donate' becomes a vote. Far less wasteful than paying BT 40p for the privelege of giving just 10p to charity!!

I seem to remember Chris ripping Cowell to shreds a while back... Makes me wonder why Cowell's being so nice to him :)

Easy, Cowell knows if he slates Moyles he'll lose alot of viewers which will come back and slap him in the face financially.

That's why Cowell is playing the game, he knows Moyles is the biggest star of the show with the biggest fanbase DAILY. If Moyles wanted to crush that show he could quite easily anytime he wanted.

Cowell wouldn't make the mistake of going up against such an infulential broadcasting guru!

Is this X-Factor thing so important to Cowell? I was under the impression he was already stinky rich from record deals... And there's his Yanky fanbase too... From his comments the other night after Chris's "What a wonderful world", i got the impression he didn't care about X-Factor so much?

Of course it is, you don't get to where he is without being a ruthless businessman. - and doesn't he know it.

He's playing this game really well and using the media and the contestants to his advantage as ever.

Really? Thanks for that insightful comment, as I had forgotten about that.

I think you're overestimating Moyles' influence by a country mile... There's no way he could 'crush' a popular TV show. Even if he tells his listeners not to watch it, how many would take note? Outstanding broadcaster or not, people don't like being told what to do and how to do it, if they want to watch it they will do.

I think he meant by walking out halfway through, rather than active propaganda... But I think you're right, I'm sure there's no way he'd do it `cos of a) the fans b) the kudos c) the money d) he's doing phenomenally well! d) the money e) the exposure f) the money.

;)
