well if i want to send something it says enter passcode then i put in 0000 and the other person then has to put in 0000 as well. nothing to do with changing it on your phone i thought

basically the person youre sending it to needs to know its 0000 as well. i think most people know thats the number and its just kind of become universal now

Yeah but if you get a message saying a random stranger is trying to Bluetooth something to your phone, you must enter a passcode, are you going to guess what it is or just press cancel?
