To be fair, I don't want to have a go at mr mills - I've got a lot of respect for him - he's got a job that I'd kill for! But I do think it's a bit unfair that he's having a go at us, he's making us out to be a lot worse than we actualy are (like saying that the chat about clocks went on for 6 pages! My arse!).

When I started this topic, it was merely a comment on something Jo Whiley had said during her programme about the studios being re-done, and I thought it was appropriate - we all know how often Moyles goes on about the crappy studios at Radio 1.

So, Mr Mills, we're not that geeky, just passing comment. Granted, it did develop into a really anal discussion at one point where people (includng myself) were being major nerds....but we'll all try and forget about that!!!

It's not * geeky, people are interested in what they're interested in, why do people have to make excuses all the time? "Ooh I know I'm really sad" & things like it, if you like something then you like it, no need to be bloody embarrassed about it. I haven't listened to any of the clips, don't know what Mills said, don't really care tbh, but people forget that if people weren't interested in so called "geeky" things then lots of technology wouldn't have got very far.
