Hi folks, and hello Mr. Moyles.

This is my first posting, I hope I can get a answer to something I saw on the internet earlier today...

"Is it true that if you soak Pork in Cola, it flushes out maggots?"

Thanks for any answers, you loverly people.

Phil.

It is a myth, however the idea that you can cook ham on the bone in coca cola and it tastes fabulous is absolutely correct - see Nigella, the early years.

I'm old-hat at ICQ - I used to do Apple Mac tech support at ntl: (god rest them) and used to give out my ICQ for customers so they wouldn't have to wait in a 3 hour tech support queue.

They were bought by Telewest, who were ultimately bought by Virgin Media.

Well I had a mac callback team in the end, but as we were way too good, they decided to close the best tech support office (Newport), and then keep Swansea open, which is a barn of a place, built by Cable 'n' Wireless (remember them). The "Virgin Media" tech support is now a crap-hole. Hey-ho.

Depends - their SOC is good (on the business side anyway). Actually the whole of the business tech support is good, but the administration is a whole world of steaming shit.

Same for any company. It's only as good as the customer /tech support that they hire.
And if they don't look after the good people, they will go somewhere better, until you are left with the shit.

Hey, I've been listening to Chris for a while I cannot remember how long. I came here because I searched for Dave the Photographer. I remember Dave on the show so maybe that dates me a bit.

I'm looking forward to reading through the site.

Hey, I'm Kieran :) I've visited this site and in particular the forum a few times and have never registered for no good reason so I thought I'd change that :D I'm 19 and studying at Staffordshire University :) I listen to the show on iPlayer everyday and have done for the past 18 months or so. I used to listen infrequently but I'd definitely consider myself a full time Moyles fan haha. Hope to post a bit when I get the chance :)

You may want to go to the Moyles and Mark & Lard thread to hear older shows for starters. Welcome to the varied world or Moyles.net.
