Has anyone got the video of the hide and seek? see if that ghostly face they were on about in the show yesterday is actually in it? (not heard todays show so sorry if they have already talked about it again).

Sorry I meant a live capture of that bit, rather than the bbc video that DOES have the face ;)

Not that it really matters :p as it obviously just a fake.

Users of usenet and fans of high quality video, check out the satellite capture of the Foo Fighters from the R1BW.

It's not a cap of the satellite broadcast, it's a "wild feed" cap of the satellite uplink from Carlisle... just like in Wayne's World :-)

It's 46mbps (that's a higher bitrate than Blu-ray) and looks amazing. No BBC3 logo either...

Nice, will definitely check this out.

On a similar note, I have managed to find a copy of the Black Eyed Peas's set that appears to be from the same source. The file is 2.57Gb in size with around 7 mins of footage at 1920x1080i; the average bitrate being 47.5Mbps, giving some indication of the quality. This is not from Usenet however.

PM me if you're interested, or alternatively some selective Google searching will get you to the right place :D

EDIT: Also some screens from the Foo Fighters video (weighing in at about 26.97 GB):

What's been used different this time with the live streaming compared to last time and the football commentaries? I could download those fine with no problems and play them through vlc player but this doesn't seem to work this time?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks, but they're Black Eyed Pants, as far as I'm concerned. If you see Gaga though, please let me know!

I get this message when trying to download the file.

'Internet Explorer cannot download ...Carlisle_2011-05-12.part2.rar from rapidshare.com.

The file could not be written to the cache'

Will the new version of vlc also help get the longest show vids? I still only have the first show

I have the MPEG2 Freeview Red Button footage available to download from my Video Archive if that's of any use?
