This made me smile yesterday - thinking about it is making me smile today.

After church yesterday we were milling around in the sunshine having a chat with a few people. Sarah, who is Baby Yudster's sunday school leader, came over and told us that at one point she asked all the kids in her group if any of them could speak another language. One lad raised his hand and said "I can say Bonjour!". Another lad put his hand up and said "I can say Auf Wiedersehen!" Baby Yudster put his hand up and said "G'day mate!"

Well, he does like to play it for laughs. The leaders all collapsed - the other 8 - 10 year olds were a bit nonplussed apparently! Some children have no sense of humour..!

Mwhahahaaa!

now, being one of those parents who fully recognises the main advantage of having children, is that you can take every opportunity to embarrass them....

So, after getting back from my Spain visit last week, I pinged off a couple of photos (very similar in theme to my avtar on here) to be printed onto T-shirts for the 3 ladies in my life ('er indoors and the two girls) which have just been delivered to office. Well, what can I say....?

they are gonna look lovely, all 3 in matching DimTim T-shirts. :?

So proud! Can't wait to see the look on their faces! (and I will make them wear them, too. Not out of the house, maybe, but still...)

Or hair-dyeing, decorating, gardening...? The possibilities for such a garment are endless!

Checking out Jesse J's rear end on the live webcam.

As an interview though the three of them seem quite hard work - a good listen, mind.

No wonder the show isn't doing very well. If you can't be bothered to turn up and promote it then thats what happens. Im pretty sure if it was anything other than a BBC show Chris would have cancelled them all.

1. I don't think that the show's lack of success is due to a lack of promotion. More to do with a boring format.

2. It's a bad time of year to be running a long running weekly talent competition. The weather over the last 2 weekends isn't going to encourage people to stay in and watch the Voice live.

3. iPlayer ratings are inadmissable.

4. If you think that he'd turn away Tom Jones, or current & popular artist Jessie J - then you're wrong. In fact, when Tulisa didn't turn up with the X factor judges he let the remaining 3 on.
