Were you tired when you wrote that by any chance Darro...?

Man, I made a right screw-up there. Will go and edit it. Listened to the first week of breakfast shows and early 2nd week during work there last night and man, I don't know why but I am laughing at the littlest of things. I
like the buzz off feature and Carpark Catchphrase was different back then. When did they stop doing Buzz off? And when did they start doing Rob DJ's quiz?
Also, they haven't changed much with playing a lot of certain songs. Shut Up by BEP was played on every show I listened to pretty much. Good thing they're edited.

Simon Mayo looks back on breaking the news that America was under terrorist attack. The story began to unfold about 45 minutes into his programme and by the time he was off air both towers of the World Trade Centre had collapsed and the Pentagon was on fire.
Simon will speak to the eyewitnesses, journalists and politicians he spoke to that day. Guests include Sir Menzies Campbell who was in Australia at the time, Alastair Campbell who was with Tony Blair and Sir Jeremy Greenstock who was the UK ambassador to the UN and based in New York.

Not as happy as I should have been. Obviously I've misread the review as 'Chris stumbled into the studio half-drunk at 8:30'. Instead, when the review says he was 90 minutes late, he really was, but that was back in the day when he turned up for lengthy pre-show preparation. Not any more...
