Hi Nade

You wouldn't happen to have the podcasts from June 15, June 22 and Oct 5 all in 2007. They're the only ones I missed.

Really appreciate your help

I think i have got them, but Richardtomlinson has posted a huge archive of the 2007 podcasts, have a look at his link here: http://www.savefile.com/projects/808592595

Edit: I've just had a quick look and I can't see the Oct podcast that you're after. But Richard has posted the two from June that you're after. He's been very busy uploading all those podcasts! 8O

What a star. Thanks Nade. I wonder why there's no Oct 5 podcast. Did they even make one that week?

They were off that week weren't they? Think Chris was doing his book tour.

Hopefully the blatant breach of copyright will be overlooked in favour of embracing the usefulness of the service provided, when I announce that most 2007 Podcasts (a couple from May are missing due to holidaying then) and all 2008 Podcasts can now be accessed from this page.

If anyone has the missing podcasts and wishes to PM me with a download link i'll add them to the collection.

Link in my signature still works fine for me - admittedly the podcast from April 4th isn't uploaded yet, but will be in due course.
Is anyone else having trouble accessing the savefile.com website?

Can we offer the podcast archive as a torrent? We could offer monthly or yearly archives as torrents. Download speeds would be high if enough of us shared. Most torrent software allows you to download individual files rather than the whole batch. Plus some newer software lets you automatically download new archives via RSS, if you wish.

For instance, I have a healthy collection of early 05 and 06 podcasts (see attached playlist below). Now I'm not sure if that is the complete collection of 2005 podcasts, and the files no longer have the original filenames or id3 tags, but it's a collection all the same. So, I've made a torrent out of them and you can find it here: http://www.mininova.org/tor/1506141

Do people think that offering these, and all other podcasts, as a torrent would be beneficial? Would grouping them by year or month be best?

I'm sure there's lots of improvements that can be made to my suggestion, and I'd like to here them, but it just seems to make sense to me.

The Chris Moyles Show was on holiday for those two weeks - back then they didn't make holiday podcasts.

I've just realised, Chris Moyles wasn't on holiday, I was - that's why I don't have those two podcasts. If anyone does happen to have them (4th & 11th May 2007) and wishes to share, i'll upload them to my archive to complete the set.

Ta.
