Simon who presents it, should be on Radio 1. He's mates with a few people at Radio 1, like JK and Joel, Uncle Fergus (Exc. Producer) and Moyles.

Hirsty hasn't presented it for a while .
..
Lucio from Capital now does it. Hirsty still on Galaxy 105/Digital though.

I must admit most weeks I have no idea what is number 1. In fact this week I know what is number 17 and still don't know what is number 1.

So, first DcS's banner is too big. And then, even when its resized, people say it "looks" too big. And now people don't like the symbols. Is DcS turning into the forum Shilpa?

Its just little tips we are giving him/her. They are relatively new and not so annoying and with a few tweaks could become a normal person.

I think the new plan is to get banned records into the chart. I think Rachel will be commercial though and put a stop to it to save any embarrassment of the suits at radio 1.

If I hear that "Proper Education" song one more time - I will turn Radio 1 off in protest.

Why should so much airplay be given to a song which is nothing more than the desecration of a classic Pink Floyd track?

It was bad enough having to endure the absolutely crap remix of Queen's 'Another One Bites The Dust' just before Christmas. Again, an amazing untouchable track. Thankfully, that one didn't receive nearly as much airplay.

I had Radio 1 on in the car for most of the day yesterday, and I swear I must have heard "Proper Education", "Starz In Their Eyes" and "Mika" at least 5 times each yesterday.

Are these songs on an hourly rotation at Radio 1?!

I agree about Proper Education, but I also couldn't stand it first time round - and I say that as a massive Floyd fan. What were they thinking?
