    MC Fact Attack: Pulp were actually called "Arabacus Pulp" when they formed in 1978. They waited fifteen years to hit the singles charts, and this single was ironically in the top ten when Michael Jackson's "Earth Song" was number one. Pulp lead singer Jarvis Cocker went on to protest at Jackson in his 1996 Brits performance of the song. (The recommended album "Different Class", is pictured left).
