    - FLAWS: - More or less flawless this morning:

*This also was the cue for another equally fascinating debate about Jesus and the definition of the word “manger”... “a container (usually in a barn or stable) from which cattle or horses feed” - if you actually care.

    - TRACK INFO: - Released August 1996
    - Spent six weeks inside The UK Top 40, peaking at a high of number five...

    - FLAWS: - Something is most definitely up as that’s three days without a single flaw found. Pull up your socks Chris and Rach... (a reference to them about finding more problems, not just a random sock based comment you understand).

    - TRACK INFO: - Released first in February 94 and then remixed and put out again in November 96
    - Spent a collective total of 9 weeks in the UK Top 40, peaking at numbers 22 and 21 respectively...

    - MC FACT ATTACK: - First released as a 12" in 1993 on Eastern Bloc Records - written and produced by (prepare yourselves)... Rene V/D Weyde and Lex Van Coeverden. So it’s foreign dance muck in other words.

Radiohead High And Dry - Radiohead’s High And Dry was taken from the album The Bends - The bends is what you get if you come up too quickly from scuba diving - Scuba diving involves wearing a tank on your back - Back For Good was a big hit for Take That - Take That star Mark Owen is from Oldham, as is Michelle Marsh - Michelle Marsh shares the same surname as Rodney Marsh, who used to play for Fulham - Fulham are now managed by Chris Coleman - Colemans is a famous brand of mustard - Mustard can be both English or French - French And Saunders are a female double act who are classified under the banner of comedy - Comedy is best live, in the form of stand up - Stand Up For Your Love Rights was a 1988 hit for Yazz - Yazz looks a bit like David James - David James shares the same surname as Wendy James who used to front Transvision Vamp - Transvision Vamp had a big hit with “Baby I Don’t Care” in 1989 - and 1989 was also the year that Madonna had four top 5 hit singles in the UK charts, the second of which being Express Yourself - Which links us to Madonna and Express Yourself

Shakespeares Sister You’re History - Shakespeares Sister were made up of Siobhan Fahey and Marcella Detroit - Detroit is a city in the American state of Michigan - Michigan is also the name of one of the great lakes - “Lakes” rhymes with “cakes”, which are what you might find on a sweet trolley - The plural of trolley is trolleys, which are what stewardesses push around on planes - Planes need a pilot while a pilot light is something you’d find in your boiler - Your boiler is what gives you hot water in your radiators, and also hot water for you to have a shower or a bath - Bath is a city near Bristol - “Bristol Cities” is cockney rhyming slang for boobs - Boobs are supported with the use of a brassiere, which is commonly abbreviated to the word “bra” - “Bra” is an anagram of “bar”, which is somewhere you might go for a drink - A drink is what you would need if you were stranded on top of a steep ridge high above The Grand Canyon, where the hot, dry air would be sapping your energy and making you extremely thirsty - and if you were stranded on top of The Grand Canyon in very dry conditions, I suppose you could say that you’d be both HIGH and DRY - Which links us to Radiohead and High And Dry (the only Radiohead song that Dave actually likes)

    - FLAWS: - Pretty much there this morning:
*Chris did have reservations however about a drink being what you would need if stranded on top of a steep ridge high above The Grand Canyon. He said surely a helicopter or rescue team would be needed more, although Dave claimed that basic essentials such as food and water would be needed in the meantime until they got there. Riveting stuff I'm sure you'll agree...

    - TRACK INFO: - Released March 1995 as a double A side with Planet Telex
    - Reached number 17 and enjoyed a brief 4 week stint in the Top 40

    - MC FACT ATTACK: - Thom Yorke recorded the B side to this track (Planet Telex) while lying on the ground drunk. Which incidentally is the only way you can actually enjoy Radiohead’s music...
    - ALBUM DETAILS: - Taken from March 95’s top six LP “The Bends”, the critically praised follow up to 1993’s Pablo Honey. Also contains the singles My Iron Lung, Fake Plastic Trees, Just and Street Spirit (Fade Out).

Blink 182 All The Small Things - Blink 182 consist of three members and are therefore regarded musically as being a three piece or trio - Trio was the name of a chocolate biscuit in the 80’s - The 80’s was the decade that saw the popularity of leg warmers and breakdancing - Dancing is what you do at a disco - The plural of disco is discos, which are also a type of crisps - Crisps are made from potatoes - Potatoes are grown under the surface of the earth, as are carrots - Carrots help you see in the dark - “Dark” rhymes with “shark”, one of the worlds most effective predators in the sea - The sea can be a very dangerous and unpredictable environment, and needs to be treated with respect - Respect was a 1967 hit for Aretha Franklin - “Franklin” rhymes with “Shanklin”, which is a town on the Isle Of Wight - The Isle Of Wight is best reached by ferry - Ferry crossings often have to be cancelled in rough conditions when there are high winds and big waves - “Wave” rhymes with “Dave”, as in Dave Stewart from The Eurythmics - and Dave Stewart from The Eurythmics is the famous other half of Siobhan Fahey from Shakespeares Sister - Which links us predictably to Shakespeares Sister and You’re History

    - FLAWS: - Just one slight technicality Chris picked up on today:
*Carrots don’t help you to see in the dark, although granted yes they may slightly improve your night vision. Dave put this down to their rich source of carrotine - at which point I got bored.

    - TRACK INFO: - Released July 1989
    - Peaked at number seven and spent 9 weeks on the chart

    - MC FACT ATTACK: - A second time Tedious Link track, first played back last year on Wednesday 23rd October 2003... ahh the glory days.
    - ALBUM DETAILS: - Taken from Shakespeares Sister’s debut album “Sacred Heart”, a top 9 hit back in September 89.

Prince Raspberry Beret - The beret is the traditional and popular choice of headwear in France - France is one of the few countries where they like to eat horse - “Horse” rhymes with “morse”, which was a type of code developed for use during the war - War is an anagram of “raw”, which is the opposite of cooked - “The Raw and The Cooked” was the title of an album by The Fine Young Cannibals - Cannibalism is still popular in parts of Papa New Guinea - “Guinea” rhymes with “Jinny”, who scored a big hit with Keep Warm - Keeping warm would be your primary objective if you got locked out of your house in just your underpants - Underpants are worn predominantly by men - If you add the letters T, A and L to men you get “mental”, as in Mental Without Anything who appeared on the soundtrack to Crocodile Dundee, starring Paul Hogan - Paul Hogan shares the same surname as Hulk Hogan, who was both an actor and a wrestler - A wrestler is somebody who would know how to pull off a half Nelson - Nelson first name Trevor is a big name in the world of soul - The soul is said to have windows in the form of your eyes, which blink - and Blink was the original name of the band Blink 182, before they changed their name to Blink 182, to avoid legal action from another band called Blink - Which links us to Blink 182 and All The Small Things

    - FLAWS: - A couple this morning:
*The origins of The Morse Code suggest it was developed far before the war, although Dave claimed that his wording meant he was technically still correct.
*Chris and Aled also doubted Dave’s claim that “keeping warm would be your primary objective if you got locked out of your house”. They said surely getting back in by fetching the spare key would be a bigger priority... and if you were in a hot country such as Brazil, they argued that keeping warm wouldn’t really be a priority at all.

    - TRACK INFO: - Released March 2000
    - Inside The Official UK Top 40 for ten weeks, peaking at number 2

    - MC FACT ATTACK: - It actually debuted on the chart on March 25th 2000, entering behind Geri Halliwell (gud mornin’) and the truly awful “Bag It Up”.
    - ALBUM DETAILS: - Track 8 on their debut March 00 release “Enema Of The State”, which spent 29 weeks in the UK album charts.

Bomfunk MC’s Freestyler - The term “freestyler” might refer to somebody who is good at rapping - Wrapping of a different type is what you have to do at Christmas - Christmas takes place every year, a bit like Eurovision and The Grand National - National Velvet is a classic horse based film starring Nanette Newman - Nanette Newman shares the same surname as Paul Newman, who now spends most of his time making salad dressing - A dressing room is where you might get changed if you were appearing on Top Of The Pops - Top Of The Pops is presented by Fearne Cotton - Fearne Cotton shares the same surname as Dot Cotton, who is in EastEnders - EastEnders is on BBC One 4 nights a week and then repeated in the form of an omnibus on a Sunday - Sunday is the busiest day of the week if you’re a priest - Priest first name Maxi had a 1988 hit with Wild World - World Party was the band that Guy Chambers used to be in before he started writing songs for other people - and the word “people” shares many of the same letters as “purple”, which musically is the colour you’d most associate with the artist Prince - Which links us to Prince and Raspberry Beret

    - FLAWS: - A pretty crucial one today:
*Nanette Newman wasn’t actually in National Velvet, she was in International Velvet. FACT, Dave loses.

    - TRACK INFO: - Released July 1985
    - Spent 8 weeks in the chart and reached number 25

    - MC FACT ATTACK: - Err... Prince is weird. You can tell I did a fair bit of research today can’t you?
    - ALBUM DETAILS: - Unsurprisingly available on numerous Prince albums, although I would recommend 2001’s “The Very Best Of Prince” if forced to pick - including other tracks such as Purple Rain, Kiss, 1999, Little Red Corvette and Sign 'O' The Times.
